Through weekly catch-ups, a tailored exercise plan and nutrition advice, as well as on-demand support between meetings, you're in the best possible place to achieve your goals. 

What to expect from fitness coaching?

  • An initial meeting to discuss your current exercise plan, typical diet and lifestyle. We will discuss any goals you have and potential timelines. 

  • Provide customised exercise plan, health and nutritional advice.

  • Continual nutritional reviews.

  • Weekly 30 minute phone call with follow-up report. 

  • Recipes and workout plans. 

  • Accountability check-ins throughout the week. 

  • On demand support through WhatsApp. 

Minimum of 3 months commitment.
