Hi, I’m Amy, a fitness and nutrition coach and personal trainer with a passion for helping women build a healthier, happier lifestyle that actually works for them. I believe fitness should feel good, not like a chore – and I’m here to help you find the approach that you enjoy and can stick with, whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, running your first 5K, or simply feeling better in your body.

As a mum of two, I understand the real-life challenges of getting back to fitness and carving out time for yourself. My own journey after pregnancy inspired me to support others who want to feel strong, confident, and energised again – without the pressure of perfection.

I offer 1:1 online coaching, which combines support, nutrition and exercise planning, education and accountability to create a whole-approach package to developing your fitness. If you're local to Somerset, I can also offer personal training sessions at your home. 

Back in 2019 I founded Draycott Running Club, where beginners and seasoned runners alike find motivation, community, and a shared love of movement. Whether you’re chasing a race finish line or just want to feel better day to day, I’ll be there with encouragement, guidance, and a plan that works for you.

Alongside my Personal Training qualifications, I also hold additional qualifications in nutrition and health, and use these to offer bespoke, research-based advice and guidance for both your dietary and exercise needs. I worked in a role coaching colleagues in a top UK university for 9 years and have a wealth of experiencing developing people to achieve their best.
