Personal Training
What is included:
Before
Prior to creating your plan, we will discuss your goals and motivations for undertaking personal training. We will discuss your previous experience with exercise and anything you would like to include in your programme.
During
Personal training sessions can take place at your home or a location of your choice and typically last between 45 minutes - 1 hour.
After
Following each session, I will share a plan with you and we will continually evaluate and modify the plan as you progress.
I am based near Cheddar, Somerset and can travel up to 30 minutes. My rate is £45 p/hour.
